Corporate Events at The Willow Room

Here at The Willow Room, we are much more than just weddings. We host all sorts of events, and we will start highlighting some of the ones we hold and the options you have as a client!

We host many corporate events throughout the year, such as chamber luncheons, fundraisers, fashion shows, training and seminars, hiring events and job fairs.

Since our ballroom can be sectioned off into three rooms, or used as a whole, we can accommodate very small groups, or a massive training for 400 guests.

CorporateAbove, the ballroom is set up in a classroom style setting for a PowerPoint presentation, with beverages and food, as well. Whether you are looking for just coffee and bagels, or a full scale lunch, we have menus for every need. We feature two flush-mounted projection screens with audio and video inputs throughout the ballroom and light filtering and room darkening blinds.

We also have wired or wireless microphones, podiums, and a stage.

Above, the ballroom is set in a different style, offering a more intimate table setting, and use of the stage for additional seating. Perfect for featuring guests of honor, board members, etc.

But don’t take our word for it. Gina Lynn, Executive Director of the Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce, sent us this awesome quote, along with some of her photos!

The Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce hosts many events at The Willow Room during the year. Monthly luncheons are attended by 40 guests on average and the lunch menu is always new and varied, which regular attendees appreciate. The service is outstanding and our guest speakers are happy to have access to the drop down screen for their presentations.

Our annual Recognition Dinner which is attended by 100+ guests features a more upscale setting. The venue ambiance, beautifully displayed hors d’ oeuvre tables, and delicious dinner selections add to the experience offered to our honorees and guests. 

The annual Ladies Night Out event brings a totally different level of excitement and fun to our guests and members. The ballroom is transformed into a shopping space with a variety of vendors promoting their products and services. This year’s theme, Vintage Charm – Vogue Attitude, Fun and Fashions through the Decades was incorporated throughout the room with a stage display, decade favorites played by the DJ, a candy bar featuring old-time candies and cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres that were popular back in the day.

The staff at the Willow Room is accommodating and easy to work with. They are happy to ensure that our plans and details for any event are carried out.
