Mexican Bean Bruschetta

1 can black eye peas (drained & rinsed)
1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 can white shoe peg corn (drained & rinsed)
1 can mexi-corn (drained)
1 can sliced black olives (drained)
1 green pepper (1/2 to whole green pepper, per preference)
1 1/2 onion chopped
diced grape tomatoes (1/2 to whole package, per preference)
1/4 Cup to 1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
14 oz Italian dressing

Mix and serve with Scoops or Tortillas.  Also great served over a salad…or eat it alone!  YUM!
